Depending on how you interact with SEASEACLUB, we may process:

a) Data you provide directly

  • Identification and contact details: name, surname(s), email, phone number (if provided).
  • Data related to your requests: inquiries, incidents or communications you send us.

b) Ticketing / access management data

    • Ticket/purchase data (e.g., booking reference, ticket type, event date).
    • Data required for named-list / nominal access control and access verification (e.g., name and surname(s), and where applicable, other minimal data required to manage entry and related incidents).

    c) Website browsing data

      • Technical and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser, pages visited, and data obtained through cookies or similar technologies (see Section 8).

      Data sources

      • From you (website, forms, email, lists).
      • From ticketing platforms when purchases are made through them: XCEED, Resident Advisor and DICE.

      3. Purposes and legal bases

      We process your data for:

        1. Customer support and request management (responding to emails, inquiries and incidents).
          Legal basis: legitimate interests and/or pre-contractual measures/contract performance where applicable.
        2. Event management and access control (named list/nominal control), including ticket/list verification and entry-issue resolution.
          Legal basis: contract performance and/or legitimate interests to ensure proper organisation and access control.
        3. Newsletters and communications about events, updates and promotions.
          Legal basis: consent where required and/or legitimate interests where a prior relationship exists and the law allows it. In all cases, you may object or withdraw consent at any time.
        4. Cross-venue communications within the Thank You Group: informing you about events, programming and promotions from other venues within the Thank You Group (SEASEACLUB, Les Enfants Brillants, INPUT, OUTPUT, Sala Bikini, ElCel, Red Fish, Vidre Art Gallery, Opposite, SELVA Club, SUN SEA BAR and other group venues). Your data may be shared internally among group companies solely for this purpose.
          Legal basis: legitimate interests of the group and, where required, the user’s consent. You may specifically object to this processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@thankyoubcn.com.
        5. Website operation, improvement, measurement and personalisation via cookies, where applicable.
          Legal basis: consent (for non-essential cookies) and service operation (for essential/technical cookies).
        6. Legal compliance and responding to requests from authorities.
          Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.

      4. Data recipients

      We may share or disclose data to:

      a) Ticketing platforms (independent controllers)
      When you purchase/manage tickets via XCEED, Resident Advisor and DICE, those platforms may process data under their own policies. INPUT will process the data necessary for event operations, incident management and access control/lists.

      b) Service providers (processors)
      For example: hosting, website maintenance, technical support, communication/newsletter tools and other providers required to deliver services. They will act under our instructions and with legally required safeguards.

      c) Public authorities
      Where legally required or upon valid request.

      International transfers
      If any provider/platform processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards required by law will be applied.

      5. Data retention

      We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and, thereafter, for the periods required to address potential legal liabilities.

      General criteria:

      • Purchases/access operations and incidents: for event management and as needed to handle potential claims.
      • Newsletter/marketing: until you unsubscribe, object, or withdraw consent.
      • Inquiries: as long as needed to handle them and, where applicable, for relevant limitation periods.
      • Cookies: according to their duration, as stated in the Cookie Policy and/or cookie settings panel.

      6. Your rights

      You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability (where applicable), and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

      To exercise your rights, email privacy@thankyoubcn.com specifying your request. We may request additional information to verify your identity where necessary.

      If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

      7. Security

      We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or unlawful disclosure.

      Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website functions properly and, where applicable, to perform measurement/analytics and content personalisation.
